PROJECT MANAGEMENT
CHA’s enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) is an
new organizational unit specifically created to centralize
and coordinate the management of the Chicago Housing
Authority’s authorized projects. The PMO has trained
Project Executives (PE) who use an industry approved,
uniform approach that has been professionally designed for
the CHA to assure the successful execution and comple-
tion of your projects. As project management (PM) practi-
tioners, the PMO team embraces its professional responsi-
bility to its stakeholders, clients, and the Chicago Housing
Authority; adhering to the global code of ethics and profes-
sional conduct as prescribed by the Project Management
Institute, and in accordance with that of the Authority.

programs, i.e. a group of related projects managed in a
coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available
from managing the related projects individually, optimizing
