2. Heavy investment on facilities
• Government – spend a lot for new books
and electronic facilities
• The cost and maintenance fees – high

• In rural area
• Limited internet connection
• Limitation of infrastructure
• Shortage of computers
4. Time Constraint
• Learning computer is time consuming
• Teacher have to prepare earlier to book
the computer lab
• Teaching and learning process is disturbed
5. Teachers
• Cannot teach effectively
• Senior teachers
-Negative attitude
-Traditional method used
-Difficult to adapt new instructional
technology
• New teacher lack of intensive training
• Experienced teachers lack of ICT knowledge
6. Lack of technician
• Not enough man power in handling
technical problem
• Not all school staffs have the ICT
knowledge.
