1999. I am employed by LuQiao Food Street Restaurant as a chef until 2005. From year 2005 to
now, I work in JinFeng Hotel to cook.
Cuisine Skill:
   I am familiar with bittern and braise in soy sauce, such as braise in soy sauce meat (various can
braise in soy sauce meat and fish), stewed pork
chops, Pork Rib with Sweet Sauce, boiled beef, and
Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili.
    I have been engaged in cooking for many years
and I always performed a teammate which made I
can get along well with my colleagues. I am a hard-
working people. I began my career from a
apprentice, through my hardworking, finally I was
promoted to chef. I always do my daily work hard
and was praised by my customers and my boss.
  In the future, I have the confidence and the ability
to do my work. I will devote myself to the work and
serve my customers with the most delicious food. I
