Offal, innards, odd cuts; whatever you may call them; portions like chicken liver is an excellent

4 Chicken Liver Dishes for Different Occasions
1. Singaporean chicken liver - The Singaporean way of cooking chicken liver gives an Asian
twist to an effortless dish. This dish is perfect for a hot lunch or a cosy dinner for your
family. You just have to fry the liver pieces from all sides to ensure the spices are coating
them well. Then fry up some onion, carrots and green beans and prepare the sauce. Once
all the elements are ready, transfer them into a stir-fry pan and cook for 3 minutes. Serve
them up hot with some steamed rice for the best taste.
2. Chicken liver sashimi - Enjoy the silky texture of the liver and avoid the overpowering
flavour of the offal with the sashimi-style liver. Trust the Japanese, to make raw food
delectable. This easy-to-make dish is best served with ginger, garlic, onion and sesame
oil, perfect for a high-brow dinner party.
3. Add a spicy kick - If you like your food cooked, then follow the traditional recipe and give
it a spicy twist. Marinade the livers with cayenne pepper or hot sauce before cooking. Add
olive oil and garlic in a large skillet and cook till it becomes aromatic. Then fry them for
about 10 minutes on each side in the skillet.
