2. IDENTITY
• I am an Audio, Visual Specialist. I have worked
for many of the high-class hotels and venues
around the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. I have a
film and camera operations background.
• What my values are loyalty, Determination to be
the best, and make those around me better.
• My best personal attributes is my attitude at work
to be supportive and a pleasure to work with.

3. PROFESSION
• The industry that I want to work in is the professional sports
industry.
• The three job variations that I want to occupy is Audio/Video
Technician, General and Operations Managers/ Broadcast
Technicians.
• With my archetype the hero, I would use the footage I would
capture from the sports franchise I work for to help motivate
and inspire fans. The more passionate fanbase we have the
more turnout for games we have, and the harder it is to play
our team at home due to our passionate fans.

4. TARGET AUDIENCE
• The People that need to know who I am and
what I can do is the Hiring managers and video
Directors for the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars,
Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Houston
Astros, Houston Texans.
• The Three people I will reach out to is, Drew
Ferguson from the Dallas Cowboys, Bryan
Asmus from the Texas Rangers, Zachary
Geist from the Texas Rangers.
• My plan is to contact all three thru LinkedIn
messenger and let them know who I am. As
well as ask them questions on how they made it
to their current positions. Also, to extend my
services should they ever need it.

5. CAREER GOALS
• Following graduation from Full sail I
will increase my content creation of
sports content and it will increase by
20% by the end of 2025.
• Mid term goal is to be an assistant or
director of video for a professional
sports team by the end of the year
2030.
• Long term goal is to work for all the
professional sports teams in the Dallas
Area by years end of 2040.

8. CREDENTIALS
• I Have worked as an Audio/ Visual Technician for
Encore Global a worldwide AV company that
works with fortune 500 companies to put on their
conferences. I was promoted to a managerial role
within working six months with the company.
• I study at Full Sail University and currently have a
3.25 GPA average and my major is in Sports
marketing and media.
• I have worked for the Allen Americans Hockey
Club in Game Day Operations. During my time,
there I learned how to interact and cultivate a fan
base.

9. COMPETITION
• Fellow Full Sail Alumni: Hector Torres Santos
• Industry Experience: E- Sports internship for E united, Also
currently works for Orlando SC as team member that works with
marketing and fan engagement.
• Education: Bachelors in Sports marketing and media from Full
Sail University.
• Noteworthy: Started a E sports team at his high school and was
the president till graduation.
• Skills: Certifications from Microsoft and google in analytics and
web development.
• Online presence: He posts content and updates only a few times.

10. COMPETITION
• Bryson Asmus:
• Experience: Worked for the minor league baseball team Helena
Brewers, also was an intern for padres and nationals minor
league affiliates in video. Then was the Assistant for advance
scouting for the Texas rangers and then assistant coordinator for
the rangers.
• Education: Grand Canyon University - bachelors of science in
Sports Management
• Noteworthy: Missionary for the Compton initiative
• Skills: has more that 20 endorsements for skills in sports, event
planning and teamwork.
• Online presence: No posts or activity

11. BRAND POSITION
• Working with me as a co worker
will keep you at ease because I
can be counted on to solve
problems. I value loyalty and
when you work with me you will
know I have the teams back. I’m
the first person at the job site and
one of the last to leave. When
you work with me you know its
going to be a fun day with
laughs, growth and teamwork.

I will join IATSE 127 located 2710 Live Oak Street
One events that I will attend is: The career fair and networking event held by the
Dallas Wings. Date will be 05/30/2022 and held in the University of Texas at
Arlington Auditorium.
I will produce content mostly for Instagram and LinkedIn to showcase video, pictures,
and posts about what I can do. Then by March 2025 I will primarily use my personal
domain website to post content. Using my personal website and socials I can
demonstrate my professionalism as well as my skill.

13. PROFESSIONAL
DEVELOPMENT
• Due to my gap in education and experience
between Myself and fellow workers in this field I
will:
1. Finish my Bachelors Degree at Full Sail
University and graduate in March 2025
2. Pursue my Masters of Science degree in Sports
Management at the University of Texas at
Austin in Fall of 2025.
3. I will also pursue a Certification of Broadcast
Videography from the National Association of
Broadcaster's.
4. Also, Pursue a Certification of Digital Video
Production Specialist.

14. ELEVATOR
PITCH
• You know how when your watching sports on
television and the camera looks out of focus or
you're wondering why you're looking at the ground
instead of the play that’s going on? Well, what I
do is camera and live event videography. I make
the players look like movie stars and the fans can’t
keep their eyes away from the television. In fact, I
have broadcasted Judge Clay Jenkins to
hundreds of Dallas citizens to learn the state of
the city.
