The Solution
1. Have a casual discussion with both Pradeep and Nagraj.
2. This would be to understand who would be more suitable for the role.
3. Discussion will include ... their comfort level when it comes relocation, future plans,
their interest levels in context to a similar situation etc.
4. Will take a Final decison based on this discussion. Only if things go south, will look
for Outside recruitment.
5. If the performance of the internal employees was Average then
Outside candidates will be interviewed.
6. Even though outside recruitment has been Opened up.
Untill & unless the Outside candidate is truly exceptionally better than
Pradeep & Nagraj, the prefernce will still be on Internal employees.
