Factors in organization that are impacted by emotional intelligence (ei)

This is the list of important areas in an organization. Now, all these areas are impacted directly or indirectly by Emotional Intelligence. This brings us to the main question. Why then aren't we giving Emotional Intelligence the importance i.e. due to it ? It clearly is impacting some of the most important factors that keeps the company UP & Running. It is Time, we re-structure our organization and our company policies such that Emotional Intelligence can survive and thrive in it. This will help everyone in the mind, body and the Soul level.
