Google Recruiting Strategy
Google+ is becoming a useful job resource for both recruiters and job seekers. To take advantage, one should create a complete Google+ profile, add recruiters and connections from desired companies to circles, get comfortable using video chat for interviews, and utilize Google tools like Maps, Finance and Alerts to research companies and stay updated on opportunities. Google+ provides networking and branding opportunities, while tools like Docs and Sites allow organizing one's job search.
