depended upon it. One September day arose, rain was falling and so were my emotions. I felt sad
for no reason, I should have felt happy because it was Saturday, but no matter what happened, I was
down. In the Catcher in the Rye, J.D. Salinger uses weatherto exploit emotion. As rain approaches
