This document outlines CAD services offered for construction projects including: 1) Acquiring and distributing original and updated Autocad files to contractors and subs via secure FTP or email. 2) Editing files for field access and uploading to devices. 3) Extracting data like centerlines, inlets, hydrants, and utility lines from drawings. 4) Providing basic Autocad and Windows training to construction staff on checking coordinates and resolving conflicts.

1. General Construction CAD DATA Warehousing
Autocad Control Center and Distribution
CDW will:
√ Acquire all original Autocad electronic site plan files for General Contractors and all
updates upon notice.
√ Collect, backup and distribute all original electronic files to General Contractor personnel
and subs on a secure Ftp site location.
√ All subs receive original and updated drawings via email, CD or FTP service upon GC's list
through out the entire term of site layout.
√ Original Electronic files sent to GC upon receipt via email or ftp.

AutoCad Data Editing
√ Cleaning requested areas, for field access (speed)
√ Up-loadable to GPS/Topcon Total Station Devices and Laptops through onsite, CD and email.
√ All subs receive edited and updated drawings via email, CD or FTP service upon GC's list
through out the entire term of site layout.

Training includes the basic needs of Autocad data confirmation.
