*Field Implementation:
o Zoning::LOS survey, site acquisition ,, mayor bureau process
o Implementing site survey(( new site,, co allocation site,, exchange, green field and roof top))
o Implementing power survey((AC & DC))
o Implementing tower survey ((monopole,, stand alone,, mini tower and tripod))..
o Implementing antenna mount survey((universal,, single & side mount ))
o Handling site drawings and sketches(( site layout,, floor plan, tower layout,, and single line diagram))
o Proceeding PEL(propose equipment location),PSL(propose site location ), and PCD(prime civil design)

o Supervising and planning the procedures, schedules, and sheets for PM routine(preventive maintenance) and
CM(Corrective Maintenance) for BRAVO sites in eastern region
o also supervise electro-mechanical PMR such(Aircons like Zamil,Bard,Libert,4 and 5 tons with following up and over
tracker sheets for periodic maintenance,request Aircon spare parts, also supervise contractors for maintaining DG
periodecly ,etc…with full control and managing full cycle for PMR and CM with material request and inventory and
reports(Daily,Weekly, and monthly)
o supervise different Electro mechanical maintenance contractor such, Madaf, and Space Gulf with handling monthly
bills for maintenance and renting plus routine reports
o supervise the Maintenance of different HVAC controllers (Honeywell, ECO, etc…)
o supervise troubleshooting for environmental alarms and analyze them for the root of cause ,and issuing daily,weekly
and monthly reports with troubleshooting
o Maintenance for Motorola BTS component(duplexer , multicoupler, combiner, Low noise amplifier-LNA,Base Radio)
o Supervising DC upgrade process and coordination for MDT process(include battery installation,Rectifire upgrade and
maintenance)
o Preparing SLA for O&M team and SLA with contractors for maintenance and operations
o Testing and Configuration BTS component using interface programes such Procom
o Testing Legacy and Quad. Base Radio modules (PA-power amplifier module, controller module, receiver module, and
exciter module)
o TX & RX circuit connectivity.(Ethernet,5MHz,and GPS, etc… ) maintain and troubleshooting

3. o Represent BRAVO in eastern region for meetings with contractors and STC management
o Planning and coordinating with RF and OMC to implement work orders and SMF(site modifications forms)
act as the single point of contact for site coordination, installation and commissioning
o Installation, scheduling, quality control & inspection, on site material management, site status reporting and client
interface management.
o Management of in-country logistics for manpower, plant & equipment
o Configuration management for network solution in cooperation with the client and back-office engineering teams.
Project Engineering
o Execute project work schedules and manage and coordinate site installation and engineering teams.
o Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
o Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored as defined by agreed procedures.
o Manage logistics of personnel and equipment to maintain schedule continuity
o Ensure that the installed solution and that commissioning procedures are followed.
Site Service
o Understand the detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work carried out accordingly.
o Oversee field activities and interface with project manager & Senior Project Manager to provide daily updates on work
progress
o Be the first point contact for site related project issues
o Take a lead role during site visits and discuss technical solutions with the relevant parties involved
o Manage the technical solution ensuring that Installation, configuration and testing is carried out to approved standards.
o Assure the safety and security of company personnel and assets
o Collect and control quality of site audit reports, site drawings and as-built documents
o Manage assigned subcontractors to execute the project according to the defined schedule and quality
o Generate site activity reports for all involved with site activities
o handle as-built drawings, test results and return the data to engineering teams for submission to management
*OMC operations and planning:
o Coordinating for outage operation(by OMC) through maintenance window between RF and O&M
o Supervise and control alarm reports(from OMC) and planning for clearance procedures within O&M
o Handling endorsement reports
o Supervise and preparation for MDT operations with STC
o Analysis for log files and prepare maintenance reports
o Planning upgrade operations in the Bravo sites within OMC procedures (for duration,acknowledgement,SMS
notifications,closure emails ,etc…)
o Handling and follow up procedures with STC and contractors through OMC trouble ticket system
o Perform all type of field test with OMC(hand over, SMS, test calls, sector test)
