  are just merely “free of diseases”
What can we do with them?
   Obese people look for weight loss
    solutions.
   They resort to liposuction and fat loss
    surgeries which is potentially harmful.
    Or they join Gym with hope of “getting in
    shape”
   So do unfit people. They join gym with
    hope of getting in shape.
   Mere folks also join gym with some hope of
    miracle body and shape. But mostly it
    remains a blind hope.
Let’s Define
   Fitness
   Muscularity
   They are to different terms.
   If you can jump higher, run longer, run faster, can do push ups, pull ups, then you are
    FIT.
   FIT people have a better “resting heart rate”
   Muscularity means having a Bulked up body
   Your body fat levels remain ideal, but your weight is more than the proportion required
    owing to increased muscle mass.
   You see being FIT and MUSCULAR a re two different things.
   Mostly people confuse the two terms with each other.
   So they don’t know what their goals are when they join a gym. Being fir or getting
    muscular.
   In any case weight training(gym) is primarily meant for getting muscular but not fit.
   It is essential people understand that fitness comes first later muscularity.
   That's the wake up call India needs.
   We need a culture of fitness first!
So what should be my goal?

   So what should Obese people
    choose for as a solution?
                                  And what should over-weight people
                                  choose?
   When should I choose   What should lean
    weight training?       people aim for?

Again each body’s framework is
different.
The Bottom line
   Everybody has different needs of fitness at
    each stage in our lives.
   Obese – Overweight – lean – muscular –
    unfit – out of shape
   Each one of these is a category.
   Everybody’s body make and skeletal
    framework is different.
   So every kind of people going to
    gym, without knowing what their fitness
    goal is( FITmuscular), mere waste of time.

 I try all weight machines
 I cycle

   Why should I run on a treadmill for 30 min in a AC
    Gym rather than a park?
   Why should I lift weight, only to experience pain and
    plateau after reaching home?
   Why waste time in gym for activities which you could
    otherwise do in nature?
   Why don’t ask your self “Am I training right?”
   Most of the gym-goers are assisted by
    unprofessional or partners and on top of that they do
    not follow any routinescheduleworkout program.
   They try machines and weights as they like or as
    directed at that moment by instinct an
    unprofessional expert!
Grim Reality of Gyms in
India
   Most of the people irrespective of their
    profile start liftig weight with a hope of
    getting shape, loosing weight or becoming
    muscular.
   That’s simply plain wrong.
   Everybody is not ready for gym right away.
   Having said that, everbody can become fit
    and then eventually muscular.

 A Trainer will undertake each of these
  workouts.
 A dedicated candidate will undergo the
  training of any chosen or allocated
  workout under my guidance and
  supervision.
 I will see through it successfully
 Once through you will be in charge of a
  batch to be trained for the same workout
  you’ve just finished.
Business Model
   You will be responsible for coaching
    individuals in a batch of size 12/20/30/40.

Everybody will undergo training in the FITNESS
  STUDIO unlike in DVD. (meant to be home –
  workouts)

Nutrition Plan and Supplements will be provided
  by us. A margin on supplements sales will be
  profited.

   Now the difficult part to follow
Business Practical Feasibility and Challenges
   First the individual should “successfully” complete the program under my
    challenge group.
   We need to indulge in mass marketing campaigning on how the products really
    work, unlike other gyms or fitness studios or any liposuction surgeries
   Although the studio is centered more around P90X, we will cater to all possible
    workouts by efficiently managing space, time windows, equipments and trainers.
    (This will be discussed in other ppt in full detail)
   To go full scale we need at least 4 trainers, each successfully been through in at
    least one of the workouts before taking off.
   The trainer must be conduct himselfherself professionally through out those
    60/90 days and will ne held accountable to help clients attain their fitness goals.
   The trainer, only if has experienced the pain and hard work first hand, will be able
    to guide the clients through their transformation journey. Note that we are the real
    deal. This is no fancy DVD Workouts you see on Doordarshan. This is real
    people working their butt off real hard those 60-90 real days! So if you thought
    you will make lakhs easily, Nah…It comes with a price. Joining my challenge
    group!

   It tales lot or determination, perseverance and discipline to be training under me.
    To successfully see through your workouts and achieve your fitness goals. We
    are going to create a brand of real achievable transformation. We are no AC
    Gym. This is BeachBody Fitness Studio I’m talking about.
Successful Running
Strategy
   Having known the Business Model and Revenue Potential, let me
    outline the 3 key parameters we must bear in mind for this
    business to run successfully without facing any loss:


 To meet the number of at least 12
  candidates per workout batch per
  challenge group period. (60-90 days)
 Mass and Viral and Consistent Marketing
  and Advertising.
 Immensely Disciplined and Absolutely
  Professional Trainers.
Contributor’s Role
 Any individual will enter in a business
  agreement with Beachbody Fitness Studio
  as a principal partner or trainer.
 A Principal partner will stand to get 40% of
  entire profits of the entire business. If
  multiple Principal partners enter the
  business with their contributing capital, the
  40% will be equally shared among them
 A trainer will earn 20-25k per month for
  each workout batch that heshe will handle
  and most importantly, see through all the
  clients results successfully.
Profit Sharing
   Upon clearance of maintenance costs, by 1st of every
    month the profits will be shared among me and the
    principal partners.
   A principal partner must serve as a trainer for at least
    one of the workouts.
   If not the profit sharing percentage is 25%
   The trainer will be paid his salary before 1st of each
    month, meaning the deposit will happen between the
    dates of 29-31 of the current month.
   I will the serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the
    entire Fitness Studio Facility, meaning my
    responsibilities will be much more than being a
    trainer.

  • 2. Market Potential  Obese population  Unfit population  People who think are healthy, but infact are just merely “free of diseases”

What can we do with them?  Obese people look for weight loss solutions.  They resort to liposuction and fat loss surgeries which is potentially harmful.  Or they join Gym with hope of “getting in shape”  So do unfit people. They join gym with hope of getting in shape.  Mere folks also join gym with some hope of miracle body and shape. But mostly it remains a blind hope.

Let’s Define  Fitness  Muscularity  They are to different terms.  If you can jump higher, run longer, run faster, can do push ups, pull ups, then you are FIT.  FIT people have a better “resting heart rate”  Muscularity means having a Bulked up body  Your body fat levels remain ideal, but your weight is more than the proportion required owing to increased muscle mass.  You see being FIT and MUSCULAR a re two different things.  Mostly people confuse the two terms with each other.  So they don’t know what their goals are when they join a gym. Being fir or getting muscular.  In any case weight training(gym) is primarily meant for getting muscular but not fit.  It is essential people understand that fitness comes first later muscularity.  That's the wake up call India needs.  We need a culture of fitness first!

Business Model  A Trainer will undertake each of these workouts.  A dedicated candidate will undergo the training of any chosen or allocated workout under my guidance and supervision.  I will see through it successfully  Once through you will be in charge of a batch to be trained for the same workout you’ve just finished.

Business Practical Feasibility and Challenges  First the individual should “successfully” complete the program under my challenge group.  We need to indulge in mass marketing campaigning on how the products really work, unlike other gyms or fitness studios or any liposuction surgeries  Although the studio is centered more around P90X, we will cater to all possible workouts by efficiently managing space, time windows, equipments and trainers. (This will be discussed in other ppt in full detail)  To go full scale we need at least 4 trainers, each successfully been through in at least one of the workouts before taking off.  The trainer must be conduct himselfherself professionally through out those 60/90 days and will ne held accountable to help clients attain their fitness goals.  The trainer, only if has experienced the pain and hard work first hand, will be able to guide the clients through their transformation journey. Note that we are the real deal. This is no fancy DVD Workouts you see on Doordarshan. This is real people working their butt off real hard those 60-90 real days! So if you thought you will make lakhs easily, Nah…It comes with a price. Joining my challenge group!  Are you in buddy? Can you handle yourself for the next 60-90 days under me? Tough Job.  It tales lot or determination, perseverance and discipline to be training under me. To successfully see through your workouts and achieve your fitness goals. Successful Running Strategy  Having known the Business Model and Revenue Potential, let me outline the 3 key parameters we must bear in mind for this business to run successfully without facing any loss:  To meet the number of at least 12 candidates per workout batch per challenge group period. (60-90 days)  Mass and Viral and Consistent Marketing and Advertising.  Immensely Disciplined and Absolutely Professional Trainers.

Contributor’s Role  Any individual will enter in a business agreement with Beachbody Fitness Studio as a principal partner or trainer.  A Principal partner will stand to get 40% of entire profits of the entire business. If multiple Principal partners enter the business with their contributing capital, the 40% will be equally shared among them  A trainer will earn 20-25k per month for each workout batch that heshe will handle and most importantly, see through all the clients results successfully.

Profit Sharing  Upon clearance of maintenance costs, by 1st of every month the profits will be shared among me and the principal partners.  A principal partner must serve as a trainer for at least one of the workouts.  If not the profit sharing percentage is 25%  The trainer will be paid his salary before 1st of each month, meaning the deposit will happen between the dates of 29-31 of the current month.  I will the serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the entire Fitness Studio Facility, meaning my responsibilities will be much more than being a trainer.
