  1. Get your simple prototype into the hands of the people you’re designing for. This is the most critical phase of the user-centered design process. Without input from your end-user you won’t know if your solution is on target or not, and you won’t know how to evolve your design. For organizations that do not have a dedicated user experience team, the business analyst may have to fulfil this role. So, if you are BA wearing the hat of a tester validating the system, you should do usability testing by involving the user in the process
