For CP3 you will set your CP2 project and document deliverable aside and start fresh. This is a new project. Next we will create a scenario for a time that is 'out in the future' here. We are fast forwarding the project and loading some fictional information to create a scenario for you to analyze using Earned Value and then provide course corrections to the project.
The project at this future date shows that our project is not performing very well. However, you are given the opportunity to make some changes to the project to still complete it on the desired date of 12/17/08.
These directions help you to input and establish a baseline project plan. You should check the plan to see that it agrees with the budget and completion date given above before proceeding.
Once that plan is set we will then check the project status as of 10/1/08. We will set the Gantt to represent the anticipated 50% completion 'date' of 10/1/08. This is the date where the project 'should be' 50% complete. You do NOT set the project to 50% complete; you set it to 40%. These are two different things and these 2 parameters set up the scenario for you to generate EV data and tell me about how the project is doing. Set the default to have new tasks “Auto Scheduled”. The Microsoft Project default is manual and we do not want that for this project.

With a view to display a Digital Clock through digital circuits using modulo-n (mod-n) counters, a circuit diagram was designed and implemented it through multi simulation software. In the similar manner the time digits were displayed on seven segment displays at 8255 programmable peripheral interface (PPI) ports through 8051 microcontroller, the time digits (hours, minutes and seconds) were connected to the first 8255 PPI and the date digits (Years, months and days) were connected to second 8255 PPI. The detailed circuit diagram was given to understand the construction details of the circuit. The loop in a loop technique of assembly language program was used to display date and time. After displaying a year, month and day on the date displays through main program, it calls 1day subroutine to display time in 24 hours clock. The 1day subroutine calls 1second delay subroutine to change the digits in seconds display. After completion of 24 hours time, the digit will be changed in the days display to indicate the next date. After completion of 31 days in the first month, the main program calls month subroutine to change the digit in the months display. Precautions were taken to change the digits in months display for January 31 days, February 28 days, March 31 days, April 30 days, May 31 days, June 30 days, July 31 days, August 31 days, September 30 days, October 31 days, November 30 days and December 31 days. This paper will focus on childhood conduct problems and adult criminality. In the paper

will be analyzed and how it causes criminal activity in adulthood.
According to past research, adult males are more affected by the ADHD compared to adult women. This paper will help us understand why this is the case. It is not in all cases that a child diagnosed with ADHD will be a criminal, but the occurrence rate of ADHD patients being criminals is considerably high. About 50% of children with the disorder ends up committing serious activities of crime and widens records of arrest.
Attention Deficit Disorders With or Without Hyperactivity (ADHD)
When a person has low
brain dysfunctions
or unusual cerebral structures he/she may experience explosive rage periods that may cause violent episodes, hence violent crimes. It is these brain dysfunctions that are diagnosed as ADHD that causes antisocial behavior. It is very common to find ADHD levels among criminal justice system offenders. About 25% of inmates in prison are diagnosed with ADHD with about 70% percent of prisoners exhibiting a considerable level of ADHD symptoms. Further, there is an association of ADHD with other conditions that increases levels of offending, including deficits in neuropsychological, low cognitive and academic skills, psychological problems, defiance and aggression and also truancy.

I don't know about you, but when I think of cultural changes, my mind often drifts to the changes we have seen in the industrial settings. Probably because one of my life-long friends worked as a welder in a large manufacturing plant in Illinois. His job, and thousands of others, was eventually replaced by robotics and other positions shipped to Mexico. As we studied in this course, we put a lot of focus on managers selling change and promoting cultures. I think in tech companies, financial institutions, etc, this can be easily envisioned.
What about our lost industry? How do you sell culture and change when jobs are being lost to technological advances and cheaper labor in other countries? I am just curious as to what you think of when we talk of these topics?

I believe that your response to how do manager and leaders stay relevant during all the rapid changes in the market is right on point. Organizational culture is a strategic asset if it is one that is positive and strong. Therefore having an organizational culture that is able to adapt quickly and efficiently will be the most important thing any organization can create. The leaders influence the culture and therefore if leaders are able to communicate and model effective adaptability to the rapid change they can create strategies that can perform foresight planning. As you also mentioned the culture influences employee behaviors which is what will determine whether the company is able to change with the market or not and is very vital.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
