The Business Service Center (BSC) was created to efficiently deliver exceptional services to the University of North Texas, University of North Texas at Dallas, University of North Texas Health Science Center, and University of North Texas System. The BSC has transitioned over 176 services and 132 positions from the individual campuses. Services provided include human resources, payroll, purchasing, and travel. The BSC aims to continually improve processes through technology, staff development, and collaboration. Customers will be treated as partners through communication, training, and process involvement. The transition of services to the BSC began in June 2011 and was operational by September 2011.
