Rosa Irigoyen, a 52-year-old Colombian lawyer, presented with a hard mass in her right breast and sunken nipple. Testing revealed stage 2 breast cancer that had metastasized. Evaluation showed improved knowledge and orientation to cancer, recognition of changes, and self-acceptance importance.
