This document discusses how Worthing High School implemented the use of Naviance, a college and career readiness program, through their Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes. Their initial plan of training all teachers did not work due to the challenges of changing school culture and time constraints. They found that having CTE classes incorporate Naviance lessons into their curriculum worked better because CTE teachers have more flexibility in their accountability and most of their classrooms are computer equipped. Implementing Naviance through CTE helped the school better prepare students for their college and career goals.
