This document provides guidance for students on creating blogs to showcase their work related to studying genres for an OCR media course. It instructs students to:
1) Review exemplar blogs on the OCR Weebly site to improve their own blogs. Blogs will be marked based on analysis, use of concepts, and ICT skills.
2) Ensure their blog documents their research, planning, construction and evaluation. It should also demonstrate their progression and knowledge expansion.
3) Relate all blog content to the genre being studied, such as including research on thriller genre conventions and audiences.
4) Make their blog interactive using tools like Prezi, photos, videos, slideshares and podcasts. They should
