Learn how computer starts and troubleshoot the problem

1. BIOS, CMOS, POST

2. BIOS
It is a small program which keep the initial hardware configuration and setting of computer.
To login to BIOS we have press- F2, Del, F10, Enter.
To save and exit, Press F10.

3. BIOS
To see the IDE or SATA hard disk, Processor, RAM and Cache memory

4. Choose first boot device

5. Advance UEFI BIOS
It is advanced version of BIOS where we can work with both mouse
and keyboard.

6. CMOS
Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor
It is hardware inbuilt in motherboard to keep the
BIOS setting.
It keep running the system time after system
shutdown

7. POST
Power On Self Test
It is process where the system test the Processor, RAM, and hard disk
for any fault tolerance or error each time system start.

8. Real Mode and Protected Mode
Real mode means command line interface, When
system start
Protected Mode means graphics user interface
