This document presents a novel attendance management system utilizing a mobile device and web application, addressing existing problems with traditional methods. The system has been trialed in a class, revealing both user preferences and issues, such as limited feedback opportunities for students. Future plans include enhancing the system to support attendance and feedback submissions simultaneously.

Problems of proposed system

The trial made clear that the use of this
system prevented from submitting
feedback comments from students.
●
Some students would like to interact with
the teacher by writing feedback comments
into the form paper.
●
Therefore, we need propose an application
which have a function for submitting both

Conclusions
●
There are many attendance management
systems, however, they are not fully
implemented in order to satisfy the needs
from teachers and students.
●
In this study, an prototype system was
proposed and was operated last year.
●
The result revealed several possibilities
and problems.
●
Now, I am planning to implement a new
system using Chameleon Code.
