JOB SUMMARY:
Manage daily operations of the AssetAdvantage program including staffing, scheduling, training, coordination of
inventorymanagementactivities,andperformanceof utilization management data collection, reporting, and analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
 Supervise & Manage
o Ensure complete scheduling and training of AssetAdvantage staff.
o Ensure adherence to all established and documented Standard Operating Procedures for AssetAdvantage
and Hill-Rom.
o Follow national AssetAdvantage operational standards to manage customer’s equipment inventory and
ensure proper process and appropriate utilization levels.
o Monitor and report daily and monthly performance metrics to leadership team and customer as required.
o Monitoring and management of profit and loss for targeted financial goals for AssetAdvantage site(s).
o Oversees, and participates in as necessary, equipment delivery to and retrieval from designated areas
throughout the healthcare facility, as well as daily verification rounds and the performance of equipment
decontamination procedures – all in accordance with company and customer guidelines.
o Utilize a PC based computer system to track equipment throughout the facility.
o Facilitate effective andprofessional communicationwithcompanyandcustomers’stake holders/personnel.
o Assists with projects, inventories, or other special requests as needed.
 Customer Service
o Effective and professional communication with company and customer management/personnel.
o Effective time management decisions to meet customer satisfaction issues.
o Assist in providing education and in-service training for customer’s personnel as needed.
o Provide education and in-service training on AssetAdvantage program to customer personnel as needed.
 Safety & Compliance
o Demonstrate a pro-active approach towards safety and health in compliance with all company,
governmental and customer regulations in the areas of HAZCOM, ECP/ICP, Joint Commission, HIPAA,
substance abuse/drug free workplace, Standards of Ethical Business Conduct, back safety and patient
transfer protocols and maintenance of a clean/safe work environment.
o Comprehend all training material provided and follow all SOPs.
o Facilitate and attend all safety meetings.
o Identify safety concerns and correct as necessary.
o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory policies.
o Ensure safetytraining,meetingandmedical testingrequirementsare keptup-to-date; ensure that standard
work processes followed.
