Shift from physical work to knowledge work. Problem is that it is not as quantifiable. You can produce x number of widgets a day, but how do you quantify the number of ideas or determine how much time this should take? Work has become more like art. This trend applies to all areas of business, not just Entertainment. This doesn’t mean we throw out industry, but rather we are seeing that the trend is for art and industry to be equals.\n
