I have been working in Brazil for over 23 years as a teacher, materials designer, Cambridge English Language Assessment freelance speaker and speaking examiner, and consultant for publishers. I have taught in schools, language institutes and in companies, where I have developed a new concept of ELT in the workplace. Currently, my main interests are Creative Writing and Creativity in the English Language Classroom. I am an associate member of The Asian Teacher-Writer Group, and a member of The C Group (Creativity for Change in Language Education). Two words excite me: curiosity and creativity. I feel the need to know, explore, understand, learn, predict — in fact anything that may lead .
