Liaison with the Project Managers for Program and Progress review.
Liaison with the Consultants for Design & Engineering review / approvals.
Initiate and Process the MEP co-ordination issues related to builders work, Reflected Ceiling
Plan and MEP Services Co-Ordination in Plant Rooms.
Responsible for all the activities in the HVAC Department.
Verify Heat load calculations, ESP Calculation, Pump Head Calculation are done properly to get
approval from the consultant and to place order appropriate equipments.
To manage and control the projects, in terms of resources, progress of work and the completion
date.
Invitation of quotes from Vendors for equipment followed by technical evaluation.
Submission of material submittal for all the materials and equipments with relevant documents
compliance with project specification.
Making indent for the equipments and the other materials.
Follow up for material procurement and for deliveries.
Reviewing the Design and drawings before submitting to the Consultant for approval.
Preparing work method statement for each activity in accordance with the installation and
safety standards
Ensuring the implementation of the method statements and risk mitigation measures properly.
Leading a team of engineers & Supervisors.
Training and motivating team members to acheive quality with controlled cost and on time.
Prepare weekly plans, plan and mobilise required materials and resources.
Preparing and submitting monthly valuations and certification from client.
Pricing of variations and substantiations.
Evaluation and Certification of suppliers and Subcontractors bills.
Final handing over formalities such as O & M Manual, As-built drawings and Spares.
