1. Expertise in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems residences and

2. Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial and
residential customers.
3. Review the contracts documents (HVAC specification & Concept) and advise the
construction manager of any deficiency.
4. Review Contractor’s submittals (Equipment’s, Data Sheet, Inspection & Test Plan and
Installation Operation & Maintenance Manual) related to the discipline and ensure its
compliance with concept design, contract requirements and submit to consultant & client for
review & approval.
5. Co-ordinates with construction management team for readiness of the buildings for
installation of HVAC equipment’s & ducts.
6. Inspection and Supervision on site as per approved shop drawing and coordinating with
Supervisors to solve the problem related with Design and Drawing.
7. Maintain and submit monthly mileage log forms.
8. Attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly progress meetings
with the client.
9. Check operating pressures and temperatures, and evaluate whether or not the chiller has a full
refrigerant charge.

11. Coordinated with Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that any non-conformity has been
reported through a NCR (Non Conformance Report) by the client and clear immediately.
