 With its multifold advantages it is becoming a part of education. Specialist uses it to unfold deeper
layers of consciousness in their move towards perfection.

S OF YOGA
HEALTH AND DISEASE MANAGEMENT
 The modern medical system has replaced almost all traditional systems medicine in different part of the globe,
rapidly increasing incidents of stress related ailments is posing a great challenge to the modern medical system.
So now a days YOGA appears to make a vital contribution to the modern medical system.
 Today large no of applications are available practicing various aspects of yoga in health and disease.
 Yoga can apply any kind of conflicts in manomaya kosa spreads it on physical body (annamaya kosa) through
disturbed prana (pranamaya kosa) flows. Hence management of these stress induced ailments should correct
imbalances at all these levels, YOGA techniques are offered
 To correct the imbalance through a set of yoga practice which we have formed as IAYT these practiced to correct
the problem a various levels.
 By practice of yoga not only prevent the diseases, but also to promote the health.

 affect our mind, our life force energies, well as our creative Intelligence,

 Bhakti yoga is the science of culturing the emotions
 Balacnce emotions enhances the innet potantiality, such as different kinds of talents and music
 Music one of the best tool for sublimation of the supressed emotions
 by listening music reduces the occurrence and presence of Depression, Strain, Mental Tension, Sleeplessness and
 the physical diseases like Blood Pressure, Muscle Pain, Migraine, Headache and act as substitute for Pain Killer Drugs.
 It explores new patterns of movement and generates increased ease and pleasure of movement by expanding self awareness.
 This concentrated self awareness breaks into the nervous system and mental status and brings in a totally new and reverberating
vibration of one's body system.
 The process stimulates development and encourages people of all ages and groups.
EDUCATION
 The application of Rajayoga, improves children’s co-ordination and balance, builds strengths and stamina, and
promotes healthy sleeping pattern.
 It helps to improve self confidence and enables children to deal with the stresses of exams and school
performances.
 For students the most important is memory power,Jnana yoga assists in improving IQ and memory through yogic
techniques of concentration and meditation.
 The brain functions of attention, cognition, processing of sensory information and visual perception improved with
yogic practice.
 Along with yoga helps in improving in personality development, Industrial skills leadership quality, performance,
self-esteem, emotional ability, these all achieved after regular Yoga practices.
 Yoga provides detailed instructions for asana and pranayama concentration techniques and yoga games for
children of all ages.
 The field of yogic education explore the specific needs of children and how yoga can help in their daily life topics
include; youth problem integrating yoga into classroom and improved method of education.

relaxation this remove stiffness muscles and improves agility
 Gentle yoga posture can also improve CV (cardiovascular) endurance and stamina and decreasing the muscles fatigue.
 Reduction in muscles fatigue improves performance and stamina.
 Yoga also helps in improving in an aerobic threshold there by delay in contest of fatigue.
 Yoga also helps in decreasing blood lactate level.
 Yoga also helps in pro-oxidents and implementers cytokines that can damage tissue in kids they leading to degenerative
joint tissue.

 Yoga also helps in decreasing oxidative stress by increasing antioxidant capacity in the body.
 Yoga facilitates a stable ANS balance in HPA axis and SAM axis, decreasing stress arousal pattern
that can interferes with performance.
 Yoga also helps in building self confidence and mental well being.

fatigue increasing reflexes, increasing attention span and contraction, decreasing stress arousal
patterns, increasing strength and confidences in all fields.

a degree of mental relaxation.

to offers services to then physically, mentally, and socially deprived persons in the society

REHABILITATION
 Social disadvantages; of socially sick persons from remand homes prisons, has been
achieved the crime rate reduced by practicing meditation and
 many yoga techniques are help to improvement in physically disabled people and mental
disordered children etc.,
 yoga helps a lot for old age people to live healthier and happier in whole life by practice
yoga.
MANAGEMENT
 Prevention of many of this stress related health problem are possible through yoga
practices,
 large no of general public professional executives etc., are drawn towards their promotion
positive health programmer to not only
 prevent a dreaded diseases like heart attack and cancers but also to
 promote their own family harmony, peace,
 improvement in organization behavior importance interpersonal relationship,
 development of motivation and satisfaction leadership skills,
 improvement in productivity discipline time management etc.,

For the sick, it is a beneficial, for common man it is the fashion of the day to keep him fit and beautiful. Some use it for developing,  Memory  Intelligence  Creativity  With its multifold advantages it is becoming a part of education. Specialist uses it to unfold deeper layers of consciousness in their move towards perfection.

HEALTH AND DISEASE MANAGEMENT  The modern medical system has replaced almost all traditional systems medicine in different part of the globe, rapidly increasing incidents of stress related ailments is posing a great challenge to the modern medical system. So now a days YOGA appears to make a vital contribution to the modern medical system.  Today large no of applications are available practicing various aspects of yoga in health and disease.  Yoga can apply any kind of conflicts in manomaya kosa spreads it on physical body (annamaya kosa) through disturbed prana (pranamaya kosa) flows. Hence management of these stress induced ailments should correct imbalances at all these levels, YOGA techniques are offered  To correct the imbalance through a set of yoga practice which we have formed as IAYT these practiced to correct the problem a various levels.  By practice of yoga not only prevent the diseases, but also to promote the health.
