Job Description:
1. Purchasing Manager
Forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs
and keeping a Constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency.
Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value,
delivery schedules and quality.
Good knowledge in Saudi Custom.
Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining
good relationships with them.
Negotiating and agreeing contracts with supplier and monitoring their progress - checking
the quality of Service provided.
Processing payments and invoices.
Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.
Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.
Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth.
Developing an organization's purchasing strategy.
Travel required managing and visiting suppliers.
Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.
Attending meetings and trade conferences.

2. 2. Senior Procurement Engineer:
Manage all required Material on time for Operation Department.
Handling Aramco project and get the approved material.
Handling SEC project and get the approved material.
Development of procurement strategy, delivering products and services to meet ever-
changing business needs.
Representing the department for internal and external communications associated with
procurement issues.
Working with Civil Management team and prepare the material for our project (STC,
Mobily & Zain).
Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP processes and contract negotiations for all proposed new
requirements or renewal of existing requirements.
Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar
problems relating to parts and equipment.
3. Cost Engineer:
Ensure all tenders and contracts processes are followed.
Assist in preparation of Cost, Time and Resource reports.
Ensure forecast project cash flow is in compliance with financial procedures.
Provide support in areas as noted above to major bids as directed by Region Commercial
Manager.
