Company Profile:
Bin Quraya has been servicing major clients such as Saudi Aramco since 1975, and subsequently extended its
crane and heavy equipment rental activities to include SABIC, SCECO, international firms such as Shell and
Weatherford, as well as major private sector industries and utility companies throughout the region.
With over 37 years in Saudi Arabia, our personnel have extremely rich experiences,and are well versed with the
safety procedures. All our operators and riggers (levels I, II and III) are Saudi Aramco certified. As of 2013, BQ
Rental has more than 300 cranes from brands such as TADANO,LIEBHERR and GROVE as well as a fleet of
various heavy equipment to support the demand of our clients; both locally in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the
region.

 Dealing with various supplier on basis for all ad-hoc requirements
 Managing a team of professional buyers.
 Attending the meeting for every Project with management to discuss regarding the progress of all
materials needed by the Project.
 Follow up with the vendors to ensure uninterrupted/timely supply of quality materials & services at
minimum cost to the organization.
 Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
 Controlling the purchasing budget.
 Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
 Identifying new vendors’ basis on business requirements.
 Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process.
 Maintaining trackers of internal client requirements, additional requirements.
 Inviting quotes through RFPs/RFQs for new contract and renewals of existing contracts.

 Effectively negotiating with suppliers to save maximum.
 Follow up with the vendors to ensure uninterrupted/timely supply of quality materials & services at
minimum cost to the organization
 Preparations of rate & commercial comparatives, ensuring company procurement process in a highly
competitive environment keeping factors in mind i.e. quality, service, cost effectiveness etc.
