solve employee conflict appropriately.
-Provide written evaluations to employees, at least once annually, advising them of their job
performance.
-Collaborate with business partners (U/W Director, Branch Manager and other Department Man-
agers, Underwriters and Brokers, etc.) to proactively improve day-to-day service and successfully
resolve issues that may arise.
