Insurance Fund(SWIF) in Scranton, PA.
• Successfully managed the implementation of two Electronic Document
Management System(EDMS) applications across the enterprise. The application
has over three hundred users cross eight District Offices in Pennsylvania.
• Managed the backfile conversion of almost three million documents (approx. 7
million pages) over a one year period utilizing a third party vendor to scan the
documents.
• Successfully implemented a scan center on-site at SWIF that processes over
450,000 pages of insurance documents per month.
• Guided SWIF in the formation of the Records Management Unit, responsible for
the EDMS system and the scan center at SWIF. SWIF implemented my
