Apple Computer was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak to create personal computers. In 1984, Apple introduced the Macintosh, the first commercially successful computer with a graphical user interface and mouse. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Apple saw fluctuations in market share as Microsoft Windows became dominant. In 1998, Apple introduced the iMac which helped the company recover. Later products like the iPod, iPhone, and Intel-based Macs were also large commercial successes.

In 1971, two friends Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs decided to create a foundation, Apple Computer, the society for assembling a computer machine. On April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne, started to sell the Apple I personal computer kit ; with a motherboard (with CPU, RAM, and basic textual-video chips)—less than what is today considered a complete personal computer. This was the First Personal Computer.

7. iPod portable digital audio player, designed and marketed by Apple Inc. was launched on October 23, 2001. It has evolved to include various models targeting the needs of different users. The iPod is the market leader in portable music players , as of September 2008, more than 173 million iPods had been sold worldwide, making it the best-selling digital audio player series in history. The Macworld Conference & Expo in January 2007, Steve Jobs revealed the long anticipated iPhone, a convergence of an Internet-enabled smartphone and iPod.
