Enhancers will showcase an optimal workflow – starting with Android Material – to minimize effort and variations, keeping the user experience (UX) great along all platforms.
Las Vegas Code Camp - iOS Development in C# with Xamarin
Xamarin enables developers to create native iOS, Android, and Mac apps in C# and share code across all platforms while providing 100% API coverage on each platform. In this session we will go over all of the products on the Xamarin platform including the development tools and how they work under the hood to leverage the .NET framework in iOS, Android, and Mac apps. We will dive into creating iOS apps in C# inside of Xamarin Studio comparing how it would be done in Objective-C and build our first iOS app in C#. We will cover how to design user interfaces with Xamarin and how to add rich functionality with pre-built components. To finish it off we will cover how to share the code we wrote to reach over 2.6 Billion devices running other platforms such as Android.

7-Eleven OPEN POINT APP設計
以用戶體驗思維提升 7-Eleven會員貢獻度
台灣連鎖便利商店產業持續成長，近年來積極佈局數位轉型與會員經營，三大超商（7–ELEVEN、全家、萊爾富）分別透過APP深耕會員忠誠度，打造會員經濟，而全家透過APP掌握高頻次高客單的前2%會員，創造全家整體 10% 的營收，然而7–ELEVEN在台灣具有通路數量、跨品牌優勢，在數位轉型的發展上遇到了挑戰，在三大超商對比之下，面臨會員人數貢獻低、APP評分最低，APP中也充斥集團旗下品牌廣告與資訊，導致系統緩慢、資訊繁雜，APP用戶體驗低評價的情形。
透過優化7–ELEVEN OPEN POINT APP用戶體驗，掌握前2%超級用戶，從點數囤積者變為點數達人，提升會員貢獻度，創造7–ELEVEN營收成長。
透過調研了解到使用者在點數機制上有理解不足的問題、APP廣告機制混亂的問題，梳理在APP操作流程上的痛點，我們除了更新既有點數功能使用APP用戶體驗之外，也將廣告也串連7–ELEVEN品牌生態圈策略，提升使用者探索城市的機會。
從7–ELEVEN商業策略思考，往前一步到使用者調研，在APP用戶體驗上進行分析，進而提出優化既有功能設計解法，到介面視覺上資訊架構呈現，也同時呼應7–ELEVEN在APP發展上的品牌策略提出創新功能，作為7–ELEVEN後續能夠持續提升用戶體驗的設計建議。

Taiwan Museum 台灣博物館APP跨渠道體驗設計
設計說明
本UX設計團隊從線下場域觀展者的角度出發，以使用習慣與觀展情境為基礎，結合藍芽Beacon技術為臺灣博物館設計一套跨渠道的體驗服務。從前期研究，透過觀眾路訪、跟隨並觀察目標使用族群，發現觀展者期望獲得沉浸式的觀展體驗，設計團隊以此為設計目標提出四大核心功能概念，完善使用者在臺灣博物館觀展體驗。
其一功能由於現有的「語音導覽」功能與實際場域的結合不完善，使用者無法透過「語音導覽」成功進行有脈絡的學習體驗，因此設計團隊重新依循觀展邏輯提出新的語音導覽介面，在設計測試驗證階段透過模擬科技的「綠野仙蹤法」順利讓使用者完成「語音導覽體驗」，證明語音導覽設計上需考量跨渠道整合，才能為使用者提供線上線下一致的觀展體驗。

FIT UXER APP 運用遊戲化設計協助非專業健身者養成健身習慣
設計說明
本UX設計團隊「運用遊戲化APP協助非專業健身者養成健身習慣」。經由健身產業研究與市場分析，發現台灣健身市場雖逐年增長，但實體健身房平均會員流失率高達60-70%，大型連鎖健身房試圖透過線上社群，強化會員黏著度，以提升會員續約率（北極星指標），然而成效不佳。
接著我們再透過用戶訪談與族群象限分析，發現未建立運動習慣之被動型健身者是健身房主要流失的客群。接著透過顧客旅程地圖，以被動型健身者角度出發，歸納出習慣養成歷程中的主要痛點，因缺乏自主健身動機，仰賴好友相約督促，導致中斷運動，缺乏回到健身房的誘因，以及在有限的時間內無法看見運動成效，導致成就感低。
了解健身者真實需求後，進而轉化為核心功能概念，以幫助培養健身習慣為目標，建立親近好友為基礎建立穩固的督促與陪伴機制，與貼身個人化的健身規劃，再以蟲蟲蛻變的過程，視覺化用戶之健身成果。打破實體健身房，空間與時間的限制，營造虛擬社群，協助實體健身房提升用留存率。

2019 Service Plus 總結重點報告 Service+2019 summary outline 0418
Service Plus是DITLDESIGN團隊的服務設計案，試圖建立優良的服務設計知識服務。
3/23的大會總共有340人，會場票卷全部販賣完畢，工作團隊於志工沒有座位，大會貴票卷大約是25％，學生票大約是22％。3/24的五場工作坊總共114人。大會參與者有30％為管理階層，line總經理帶領公司成員全程參與，共計有100多家企業，包含不少國際級公司。
共有來自歐洲、大陸、台灣的12位講者，及邀請的12位嘉賓，都是服務設計的實務工作者，同時結合台灣主要的服務設計組織與公司，以及相關書店。
核心工作團隊為17位成員，除主辦人唐玄輝教授，全部是其指導學生及臺灣科技大學的學生。
線上線下活動規劃豐富，共20個服務模組。大會出席率達98％，閉幕時還有約95％以上的參與者。大會整體NPS達34，推薦者達1/3。
大會未申請任何政府補助，試圖用商業運作確認服務品質，最後收支平衡。
Service Plus conference is the service project executed by DITLDESIGN in an attempt to establish a high quality service design knowledge service.
There were 340 participants in the conference on 23rd of March. All tickets were sold out resulting in no seats for volunteers and organizers. 25％ of the participants were VIP guests while 22% were students. There were 114 participants for the workshops on 24th of March.
30% of the participants were manager levels. One of them is the CEO of line Taiwan. They were from more than 100 companies, including some international companies.
The 12 speakers were from Europe, China, and Taiwan, and all of them are currently service design practitioners in big companies or design consultancies. We also invited local service design practitioners and publishers.
The core working team includes 17 members, being Prof. TANG and his supervised students.
There were various online and offline activities, including 20 service modules.
The attendance rate reached 98% while there were still 95% remained until the closing ceremony.
The overall NPS reaches 34. Promoters occupied 1/3 of the participants.
We did not apply any governmental support for the evnet because we intended to examine the service quality through financial results. In the end, we reached a break-even-point.
Ditldesign service report of Male Shoes Retails
新零售在過去兩年成為產業的重點，其中當往線下移動時店面的服務就成為體驗的重點。線下體驗的服務設計要如何檢測是本簡報的重點，我們透過DITLDESIGN兩位資深服務設計師的報告，可以看到傳統的線下店(Chenjinkai Office)，與強調線上購買線下體驗的新零售線下店(Life 8)的差異。
透過人物畫像(Persona)顧客歷程(customer journey)及接觸點(MOT)的分析，我們可以清楚地發現傳統零售尚未數位轉型的缺點，以及新零售缺乏經驗時，進入線下店經營後的諸多問題，但是以實體店而言，傳統電商所犯的錯誤與服務痛點還是比傳統零售店家多一些。
另外，服務設計實務的重點，其實不是客戶歷程與服務藍圖等表格，而是對於場景(scenario)內，人與不同渠道互動的內容。所以服務設計調查的重點在於，深刻的了解互動間產生的問題與機會點，進而重新建立服務歷程。
最後，服務歷程的調查與傳統設計流程一樣，設計師必須參與，因為參與現場可以增加對於問題的感受，以及強化設計概念的產出，對於問題釐清與創意激發有正面的效果，而這是無法從閱讀他人報告中所得到的。

Appreciating the multifaceted F2E from user experience to service design
F2E originated from the professionals handling front-end coding of webs in the internet era. They play an important role in the presentation and interaction of webs, and are the frontline uses encounter. Ｇood F2E can greatly improve the quality of user experience.
When entering the era of new service design, the touch points between users and service are getting diverse. Not only digital user interface, but also a physical user interface, voice user interface, and even human-to-human contacts are included in the trend of online-offline integration.
Facing new service system, we might redefine F2E as engineers who utilize service persons, physical environments, digital tools and environments to establish service systems. Therefore, the jobs of F2E are more diverse and splendid. This talk will share our near-future imagination for service F2E.

新零售 新服務 新設計 UiGathering final version

How to Manage Reception Report in Odoo 17
A business may deal with both sales and purchases occasionally. They buy things from vendors and then sell them to their customers. Such dealings can be confusing at times. Because multiple clients may inquire about the same product at the same time, after purchasing those products, customers must be assigned to them. Odoo has a tool called Reception Report that can be used to complete this assignment.
