This document outlines an annual program monitoring policy to incrementally enhance the quality of academic programs. It establishes a process for periodic review and annual monitoring of all taught programs and courses. The policy requires each program to undergo a faculty-driven quality check focused on delivering graduate attributes, program aims, and learning outcomes. Programs must consider student performance data, feedback, and external reviews to identify best practices and areas for improvement. Reporting involves two meetings to review progress against action plans. A sample monitoring report template is provided to guide the process.
