The document discusses strategies for purposeful communication to appear magnetic. It recommends controlling your environment and body language to build confidence. It also suggests actively listening without interrupting, asking open-ended questions, using the other person's name, reflecting shared feelings, and telling interesting stories. The goal is to engage others through animated speech, building rapport, and appearing interested in what they have to say.
Good listening skill is one of the most desirable soft skills. However, many of us are poor listeners. This presentation is about ten such habits which affects the quality of our listening adversely. We must avoid these habits to improve quality of our listening.

American Student Achievement Institute has released this presentation and I found it quite useful. With acknowledgement to their contribution I share it with all who are in ned of it.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood® is the propensity for paying attention to others' thoughts and sentiments. Seeing things from their viewpoints is difficult. I pay attention to others without intruding. It's tied in with being certain about voicing your thoughts.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
