Facilities and Office Services Associate and Human Resources Administrative Assistant (2002-2014):
 Receptionist as needed.
 Directly assisted the director of HR with preparing and maintaining employee files, ensuring
accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of all personnel matters, including employment
verification and new hire and termination/separation procedures, status changes, etc. and helped
with new hire orientations.
 Set up office space for new hires.
 Distributed human resources informational posters to all locations as needed.
 Maintain company HR bulletin board.
 Ordered or made and distributed parking/security badges and office keys.
 I-9 audits
 Organize company outings, lunches and parties.
 Served as the primary contact between the office and building management.
 Distributed incoming mail and prepared outgoing mail for shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
 Coordinate with outside vendors to order business cards, name plates, letterhead, general office
supplies, food and beverages.
 Ensure that all kitchens were stocked and clean and that the office maintained a professional
appearance.
 Prepared binders for meetings for different department of the company.

 Prepared of minutes of meetings of Board of Directors and corporate resolutions.

 Managed office of 25 employees.
 Assist the vice president/regional manager with typing letters; travel arrangements expense
reports, etc.
 Receptionist and answered a large volume of telephone calls and forwarded to proper party.
 Process time and expense reports for salesmen and consultants.

 Legal Assistant (Senior Broker Regulatory Compliance Specialist 1998 – 2000): In addition to the

determining whether a broker met the approval requirements of the company and certain state
regulators.
Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant 1996 - 1998):
 Preformed secretarial duties included typing, correspondence, filing,

Legal Secretary – Corporate Legal Assistant to Associate General Counsel and Secretary):
 Secretarial duties included correspondence, filing, travel arrangements, etc.
 I was elected Assistant Secretary by the Board of Directors in order to assist with the functions of
the corporate secretary.
 Legal Assistant duties consisted of maintaining a litigation database, SEC reporting (including,
but not limited to, various forms to prevent insider trading),
 Maintain the corporate minute books of four publicly held companies and 70+ subsidiary
companies,
 prepare minutes of meeting and unanimous written consents of stockholders and board of
