April, 2000 to September, 2005
Promoted to Senior Franchising Document Coordinator, National Franchising Department in April
2000. Provide ongoing support for National Franchising Managers and Franchising Director in the
production of legal documentation in all areas of Franchising. Work closely with Real Estate Legal
Department, Real Estate Accounting and Treasury to produce Franchise Agreements, Operator
Leases and all ancillary Assignment documents.
Ongoing support ensures that all current and prospective owner/operators receive the most current
Franchise Offering Circular (Federal Disclosure Document required by FTC). Prepare
correspondence and verify delivery of overnight mailings. Update the Licensing system (IMS) and
(CICS) with current terms of each transaction. Track all information from opening file to sending
file to permanent records utilizing docket system. Ensure that signed documents are received from
owner/operators prior to the effective date. Cross trained in all aspects of Franchising from
Acquisitions to Satellites.

general franchising information. Updating owner/operator personal and confidential mailing
addresses and registered applicant information on the computer system (IMS); and refund
registration fees for applicants that have been in the system prior to 1996.

November, 1990 to June, 1994
Promoted to Accounting Clerk for the Instructor-Led Training Department in 1992. Preparation of
all revenue accounting and vendor expense paperwork to be sent to the Finance Department.
Maintenance of extensive Excel spreadsheets for the department that assisted in the generation of
weekly forecasting reports. Responsible for maintenance of all course materials, duplication and
binding, and shipping to client locations prior to class dates.
Additional responsibilities included secretarial support for the Instructor-Led Training Department;
coordination of Training Management Workshops, including hotel/meeting room space, catering
needs, course materials, audio/visual needs; and maintaining course description catalog of 1600
courses offered on the instructor-led training curriculum.
