Ancient China had many important inventions like the magnetic compass, paper, and gunpowder. They also built large structures like temples and palaces for emperors. Games and hobbies provide insights into daily life, as almost everyone enjoyed activities like kite flying, chess, and cards.

2. For this unit of Inquiry I have researched Ancient China.
Ancient China was a very interesting and important
civilization because they many inventions. Archeologists
know a lot about games and hobbies , Legacies.

3. • The father was the head （ leader ） of the family.
• Everyone had to obey him, evens his adult children

4. The four Great Inventions of China were magnetic
compass, writing [ 3000 BCE ], printing [650 CE ] and
gunpowder. They also invented paper, toilet paper, fire
works and umbrellas .

The ancient Chinese built many large and tall buildings.
Many towers were for Buddhist temples. Kings and
emperors built many castles and palaces.

6. People both young and old loved to fly kites.
Almost everyone played xiangqi.[chinese chess] and
cards.

7. Games, hobbies and legacies were important in Ancient
China because they tell us a lot about Ancient China.
