In this essay Buckley aims to convince his readers that America is too lazy to even

he turns to his wife and she tells him to wait a minute it will be alright in a minute.
It never becomes focus and it is blurry. He then assumes a list of what could
happen: a) someone who works there see the blur and fix it; or b) someone seated at
the top next to the movie workers make a complaint; or c) the whole movie would

Budget Process Goals
The City of Branson s fiscal year runs January 1 through December 31. Typically, the
budget preparation process begins in mid July when budget documents and
instructions are distributed by the Finance Department to the each city department.
The various departments have approximately three weeks to assess any budget goals,
capital and personnel requests, and to complete projections for the current fiscal year.
