• Jointly with trade marketing team & National Sales MGR develop brands
channel strategy, agree it with strategy, agree it with distributers, monitor
achievements against plan
• Responsible for managing channels planning process, funds,
managements, reconciliations.
• Support distributers T.T team to sign each whole sale key customers
annual contracts, and ensure perfect executions of the contracts for the
benefits of brands and the customers
• Work closely with trade marketing team to ensure proper launch of new
Products (special displays, utilization of P. O. S materials, etc.)
• Ensure the brands availability & visibility plans & objectives
• Submit channel monthly report including (sales development, competitive
activities, promotional calendar, Assets update etc…)

• Complete Management of Depot Sales and Supervision of the
salesmen.

• Covering Distribution by Products for each market and Responsible
to achieve profits, also make sure from the implementation of
activity &execution level.
• .Planning & Coordinating with salesmen for achievement of Daily,

up with Credit Customers for payments.
• Daily checking of Depot Stock & placing orders with concerned
