As an US IT Recruiter following are my work responsibilities which includes –
 Recruiting – My work is Recruiting a perfect candidate for a perfect role who can fulfil atleast 70
percent of Skills and experience which is required as per the Job Description provided by the Client.
 Screening – Screening process includes sorting resumes to disqualify candidates using successively
more detailed examinations of the resumes. The objective is to locate the most qualified candidates for
an open job.
 Sourcing – Sourcing skill includes finding resumes within the recruitment process. I do Sourcing for W2
candidates only. In this process my work is to find qualified candidates who is satisfying most of the
skills and experiences matched with the provided Job Order.
 Human Resources – It includes activities relating to employees. These activities normally include
recruiting and hiring of new employees, orientation and joining of employees, employee benefits, and
retention.
 Technical Recruiting – Includes recruiting technical talent and that clearly understand the technical
requirements of our clients.
 Interviews – Includes taking Telephonic interview of Consultants and asking questions regarding his
availability, current job responsibilities, pay rate, relocation possibilities, expectations regarding job,
next career opportunities expectations, Daily Job duties, challenges in their job. Other responsibilities
like clarify their each skills as per the requirements. My role including matching each skill with the
requirement.
 Internet Recruiting – It includes E-recruitment or Online recruitment, is the practice of using
technology and in particular Web-based resources for tasks involved with finding, attracting, assessing,
interviewing and hiring new personnel.
 Screening Resumes – It includes process of sorting resumes to disqualify Consultants using successively
more detailed examinations of the resumes. The objective is to locate the most qualified Consultants
for an open job.
 Benefits Negotiation – This role includes Negotiation with Consultant if Consultant is a perfect
Consultant for my current requirement that means Consultant having all the skill sets and experience
which is required in the job description provided by the client.
 Contract Recruitment – Working for contract recruitment, Sourcing and interviewing those Consultants
who are interested for contract position. Consultant who works with a company on a short term basis
to get their hiring needs met. When all job openings have been filled and the company is satisfied with
their new employees.
