Working as an Analyst and total experience of 7 + years in Garnishment Services (AVS).
Garnishment services have more than 250 clients of various pay systems
(SAP/PeopleSoft/Lawson/Enterprise/Workday/Cyboard,GSPI,/Infinium/Oracle/Ultimat
e/Winteam/Workday). Working on SAP based system.
Receives orders from all 50 states of US for multiple deductions from employee’s paycheck
for e.g. (Child support, Spousal support, Student loan, Tax Levies, Writs (credit),
Bankruptcy).
My job is to calculate numerous deductions of employee according to various Federal and
multiple State guidelines. Check if start, modify and closing of deductions of the employees
pay check is done accurately as per the orders received from court. Amount is correctly
refunded in system as per court order. Also make calls and receive call for agency and courts
if any query related to court order. Ensure the file is transmitted to the client on time.
Role Description:
1) Preparing daily workloads for staff and co-coordinating the daily allocation of work.
2) Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
3) Possess working knowledge of the US pay-systems like People-Soft, Oracle, GEAC, Infinium,
SAP, Lawson, Cybord, GSPI, Tesseract, Ultimate, Win Team, Pay Force etc. from a Wage
Garnishments perspective.
4) Monitoring and reporting on standards and performance targets.
5) Arranging and chairing daily team meeting, focus on targets & achievements.
6) Good knowledge about Siebel CRM tool, FTS (Fund Tracking System), a SAP Application.
7) Possess good functional knowledge of all the sub functions in process.
8) Handling new client enquiries & acting as the face of the business.

2. 9) Played vital role in training and mentoring new associates on some of the specific lien types
and also provided floor support to the fellow colleagues.
