Aim Of The Brief
 Aims of the brief
Our brief was to make a short film between 5 and 7 minutes
with in the horror genre which had to be titled ‘’The Devil’s
playground’’. The message of the film has to be safety of
teenagers around stranger.
 In order to make the film we had to watch some horror
films therefore we can get ideas about the genre.
 We also had to analyze in order to get the idea of horror
genre and which features are included and are applied in
horror genre
Aim of the brief
 We watched ‘Final Destination’ in which we had to analyse the
film and look at the mise-en-scene which was casual look to
the characters. This shows that this can happen to anyone
therefore we added this feature to our film to make it more
scary.
 We also watched ‘Insidious 1’ in which we looked at the
continuity and what makes the film scary. So we got some
good ideas on how to make suspense and jumpscares.

The message of the film has to be safety of teenagers around stranger.  In order to make the film we had to watch some horror films therefore we can get ideas about the genre.  We also had to analyze in order to get the idea of horror genre and which features are included and are applied in horror genre
  • 3. Aim of the brief  We watched ‘Final Destination’ in which we had to analyse the film and look at the mise-en-scene which was casual look to the characters. This shows that this can happen to anyone therefore we added this feature to our film to make it more scary.  We also watched ‘Insidious 1’ in which we looked at the continuity and what makes the film scary. So we got some good ideas on how to make suspense and jumpscares.
