Unit 2 Task 6
1. The Script
Introduction: A teenager is walking down on a quiet and lonely street one day before
the night of the Halloween. Usually, the street was busy because that people were
coming from work were passing through there, but this time, they werenāt. The night
was perfect, but he was feeling strange, he was feeling like someone was watching
him from the dark. He sees a letter with a weird code on it and he picks it up. He
realises that the code is a binary code, and then he takes his phone out and
translates it. After he reads the translation, he remains shocked and then he runs
home.
The next day, when he and his friends walk on the street to go to the first house for
trick or treating, he suddenly stops and scared he says:
*Teenager 1* - Guys, I already told you about that letter that I found
yesterday, itās freaking me out.
*Teenager n 2* - Thatās not the point of trick or treating, we are supposed to
have fun not to eat candy, just because some drunk guy who wrote that and
dropped it on the street it doesnāt mean that it is true.
*Teenager 3* - You are such a loser, if you want to destroy our mood just go
home, we wonāt even miss you that much, you are kind of annoying.
*Other teenagers agreeing in the background* - Yes, He should do that lol.
*Teenager 1* - Ok then, see you tomorrow, if you will be alive.
*Teenager 3* - Shut up, just go home.
Teenager 1 leaving the scene, very sad and annoyed on his friends.
*Teenager 2* - You were too rude to him, he is a nice guy.
*Teenager 3* - Yeah, but he is a puā¦
The scene changes from the group of kids to the teenager 1 who is walking down the
street. Suddenly a car stops next to him and asks him for āādirectionsāā
*Stranger* - Good evening, I am looking for the nearest gas station, and I
donāt know where it is, can you help me please?
*Teenager 1* - Yes, sure, so if you drive straight for 700 yards and then turn
leā¦(the voice of the teenager can be heard in the background. The stranger seems
like a nice guy. While he is giving the stranger directions, the trunk opens and a man
wearing a black costume and a plague mask gets out of it. He sneaks behind the
teenager, puts his arm around his neck, uses duct tape and put it on the teenās
mouth, he puts a cloth on his eyes and throws him into the trunk, and then he gets in
the back seats and the car leaves.)
The scene changes from the car to the group of teenagers.
2. *Teenager 2* - We should go to that house, I bet the door is open, I bet that
they have a lot of candy.
*Teenager 4 and 5* - We should totally go there.
*Teenager 3* - I donāt know guys, it looks a bit strange, no one is in this
areaā¦.
*Teenager 2* - Are you the baby now?
*Teenager 3* - Noooo, Iām just joking, letās go (His face expression shows that he
is actually scared)
They go to the door, and they knock on it. They can hear a kind voice of a woman
which says:
*Woman* - Come in guys
*Teenager 2* - What are you waiting for guys, letās go in!
A car parks in the parking lot, and suddenly the engine stops, but no one is getting
out and no one seems that is in there.
*Teenager 3* - Guys, donāt, I have a bad feeling, we should leave!
*Teenager 4* - Omg I think that you are the annoying one, did you hear her
voice? I bet that she is young and peng too!
They are going into the living room. The house looks clean and nice, like a big and
nice family was living there, they had no doubt about who is actually living there.
They see a big bowl of full of delicious candy in the middle of the living room, and
they go to take one. Suddenly, the front door shuts, and the man with the plague
mask appears behind and blocks the exit. Then he sprays them into the face with a
substance, and they faint and fall on the floor. Then, he drags their bodies at the car,
and tries to put them all in the trunk. The scene fades out, and then a black image
will appear. The scene is fading in again, with all the teenagers tied up a tree in a
forest, on a drawing of a star which looks like a satanic symbol.
*Teenager 1* - W-W-What is happening? What are you guys doing here? Is it
a prank or something?
*Teenager 2* - What are we doing here? WHAT IS HAPPENING?
*Everyone at the same time screaming* - WHERE ARE WEE!! HEELPP!
The stranger comes in front of the kids. They start screaming for help. He used the
same spray to make all the kids faint, and then the camera lowers behind them.
Chainsaw sound can be heard in the background, and then the scene will shade out,
into a black screen with a message about strangers on it.
3. Soundtracks
For our film we will use horror and scary soundtracks.
I found a copyright free soundtracks that we can use while we show our
message and the credits.

Budget
Our budget is about Ā£50 which we will spend on the film expenses such as:
ā Plague Mask- Ā£15
ā Car fuel- Ā£10
ā Candy- Ā£5
Production Schedule
Day 1 ;
We will shoot our first scene, when Jeff is walking, but because Mateiās phone
ran out of battery, we had to continue shooting next day;
Day 2;
We finished to shoot the first scene, when Jeff finds the letter, and the scene
when he is kidnapped and threw into the carās trunk.
Day 3;
On the 3rd day we managed to finish recording our movie. We recorded the
other 3 scenes, when the teenagers talk on the street, when they go into the
4. house when trick or treating, or the last scene, when Jeff is in the forest tied
up by the tree.
Day 4;
We start editing on day 4. In the first day, we will just do rough cut, to see how
our movie is looking.
Day 5;
In day 5 we start cutting the videos, and adding transitions to it.
Day 6 and the days onwards;
We added the credits at the end of the movie, and we start adding
soundtracks and sound effects to our movie. We will be finished in 2-3 days.
Site plans
There will be no expenses for the sites in where we are going to work on,
because we are just using three sites. We are using the house which will be
one of ours that's why there won't be any expenses on house due rent.
Our second site will be the streets and the same as with the house will be with
the streets as we would just shoot our scenes without causing any harm to
anything due to which we won't pay anything to shoot on the streets.
In the last scene we need to show a forest , so for that we would go to a park
and shoot the scene over there and it won't cost anything unless we cause
harm to anything over there.
The locations of the movie are: Chigwell and Claybury park;

Risk Assessments
We need to make sure that we will not distract and disturb other people while
we would shoot the scenes on the street like by not blocking the way of the
pedestrians or any cars by occupying space on the road. We need to make
sure that we don't go on the road itself because it can lead to an accident.
In the park we will go to shoot our scenes in forests so for that we have to
make sure that we don't cause any harm to any animals there or any people
there besides this we have to make sure that we don't break anything in the
park.
Above all the biggest risk for us is our phones that we are gonna use, and the
tripod that is gonna be given to us from the school so we have to be careful to
not damage it.
