This document provides an agenda for a workshop on new challenges for the public procurement review system in Albania. The workshop will be held on July 4th, 2019 at the Rogner Hotel in Tirana. It will include presentations from experts from Poland and Croatia on their countries' experiences with legal protection in public procurement, changes expected from adopting the 2014 EU directives, jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, and challenges with applying Most Economically Advantageous Tender criteria. Simultaneous translation to Albanian and English will be provided.
