2. HR – JOB DESCRIPTIONS
KEY REQUIREMENTS
HR – JD OF EACH POSITION
1. General Manager/Managing Director
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and
Customer Relationship activities.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings,
prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing, functions of the
business.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and
knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new
markets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
HR – JD OF EACH POSITION
2. Account Manager:
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy for client.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital
marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial
objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives.
- Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and
recognition.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trend

3. Creative Manager:
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater,
television, or film set
- Supervise design staff
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff
members
- Talk to Marketing team to develop an artistic approach and style
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments (decoration, movie, visual,
graphic, digital, ect).
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Present designs to Account Manager & General Manager

  • 9. KEY REQUIREMENTS HR – JD OF EACH POSITION 1. General Manager/Managing Director - Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. - Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. - Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing, functions of the business. - Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth. - Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call. - Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

Account Manager: - Development and implementation of the Brand strategy for client. - Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products - Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. - Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations - Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team. - Ensuring that the marketing objectives. - Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs. - Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. - Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization. - Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trend

Creative Manager: - Determine how best to represent a concept visually - Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use - Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television, or film set - Supervise design staff - Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members - Talk to Marketing team to develop an artistic approach and style - Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments (decoration, movie, visual, graphic, digital, ect). - Develop detailed budgets and timelines - Present designs to Account Manager & General Manager
