PDHPE (Personal Development & Health, Physical Education) teaches students important life skills through physical activity and health education. Recent studies show many Australian children do not get enough physical activity. PDHPE aims to develop students' movement, problem solving, communication, interaction, and decision making skills. It also focuses on personal development, health topics like nutrition and relationships, and physical education like sports and dance. The overall goal is for students to benefit socially, emotionally, and physically from regularly participating in PDHPE.
