The adrenocortical, located outside the medulla, respond to different types of stress. Many of these hormones are also made in other parts of the body, but aldosterone, cortisone, and hydrocortisone are only secreted by the adrenal fatigue.
Adrenal Fatigue is an umbrella term for a group of symptoms caused by the adrenal glands functioning at less than optimum capacity and as a result, fail to produce adequate amounts of hormones needed by the body. This slideshare helps to explain adrenal fatigue, its symptoms, causes and briefly discusses how to heal from it. In addition, it gives advise on how to best diagnose Adrenal Fatigue and offers a link to a website with more free resources on this health condition.

These are two interchangeable terms for the hormone that is secreted from
the adrenal gland when our body perceives a threat. It is responsible for the “fight or flight”
reaction. Epinephrine activates the body’s energy reserves thus keeping us safe by allowing
us to fight for survival, or to flee from dangerous situations. It causes increased heart rate;
blood pressure and blood flow to the brain, muscles, lungs and heart. Unfortunately the
body produces the same response to real physical threat & mental or emotional stress.
After an extended stressful time the adrenal glands, and epinephrine becomes depleted and
an individuals shows signs of adrenal fatigue. They become worn out and unable to respond
mentally, emotionally and physically to situations where quick, efficient action is required.
This situation is common in today’s society where everything needed to be done yesterday
and we feel as though we are constantly on the go. Many people suffer from low energy,
depression, anxiety, poor sleeping and eating patterns and hypertension, all common
symptoms of adrenal depletion.

A healthy, well-balanced human diet must include macronutrients and micronutrients, both of which are essential and need to be supplied via food sources and/or supplements because our bodies cannot make them on their own. Macronutrients, including fats, carbohydrates, and protein, are needed in larger quantities; while micronutrients, including vitamins and minerals, are required in smaller amounts. There are many mineral supplements available depending on your needs.
Mānuka honey is a unique type of honey produced exclusively in New Zealand by European honey bees pollinating the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium). European honey bees first introduced it to the area in the early 19th century. Nutritionally speaking, Mānuka honey is a rich source of vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants.
Sodium is a mineral that has a bad reputation because it is found in large quantities in the processed food that is a staple of the standard North American diet. It is in high amounts in foods like luncheon meats, hotdogs, cured meats (like ham, bacon and corned beef), condiments (like ketchup, soy sauce and mustard), as well as cheese and milk.
This often mysterious illness can at times become debilitating due to the vertigo and nausea that it produces in those afflicted with it. While conven-tional treatments focus primarily on symptomatic relief, many nutritional supplements and herbs can help to get to the root of the problem.
Enhance Your Mental Focus and Mood with Our Amino Acids Protein is fundamentally important to health and is essential for the maintenance of bones, muscles and skin, plus is required to build tissues and synthesize hormones, enzymes and even neurotransmitters so are clearly required for the maintenance of all of the body's systems.
What Are Vitamins For Diabetes?
A multivitamin is a combination nutritional supplement providing a blend of vitamins, minerals, and other dietary elements such as: herbal extracts, antioxidants, botanicals, green food concentrates, and more. Such preparations are available in many forms from tablets to capsules, powders, liquids, and others. Multi’s also come in a range of targeted iterations intended for those living an active lifestyle, individuals in their 20s, those age 50 +, and formulas composed of nutrients to support certain disease states.

WHAT IS LECITHIN? Lipids have two principal functions in the body: as repositories of chemical energy in storage fat, primarily triglycerides and as structural components of cell membranes. In the brain, lipids and lipid intermediates are essential components of the structure and function of the brain, which isn’t surprising, when you consider that the brain is one of the body’s richest tissues in terms of phospholipid content.

Whole Food Supplements
Food supplements, also known as dietary or nutritional supplements, are derived from natural, nutrient-dense sources such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, herbs, and other plant-based ingredients and offer myriad health benefits. More generally speaking, food supplements are intended to complement the diet and provide nutrients that may be missing or insufficient in a person's everyday diet. In other words, food supplements aim to bolster an individual’s nutritional profile.

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

CDSCO and Phamacovigilance {Regulatory body in India}NEHA GUPTA
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is India's national regulatory body for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Operating under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the CDSCO is responsible for approving new drugs, conducting clinical trials, setting standards for drugs, controlling the quality of imported drugs, and coordinating the activities of State Drug Control Organizations by providing expert advice.
Pharmacovigilance, on the other hand, is the science and activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problems. The primary aim of pharmacovigilance is to ensure the safety and efficacy of medicines, thereby protecting public health.
In India, pharmacovigilance activities are monitored by the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), which works closely with CDSCO to collect, analyze, and act upon data regarding adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Together, they play a critical role in ensuring that the benefits of drugs outweigh their risks, maintaining high standards of patient safety, and promoting the rational use of medicines.

1. The adrenal gland is responsible for your ability to deal with STRESS...
What is it?
The adrenal glands are small, crescent-shaped glands that rest on the top of
each kidney. They each have an outer layer called the cortex, which produces sex
hormones, regulates water balance and blood pressure, and releases the hormone
cortisol, which is responsible for our ability to manage long-term stress. The medulla
(inner core) produces the sudden-stress response hormones called adrenaline
(epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine). Thus, the adrenal glands play a
role in our fertility, hormonal balance, water balance (bloating), and particularly
with our ability to handle stress. These are the glands that take the hardest hit
when we are chronically stressed.
Adrenal Insufficiency / Adrenal Fatigue
Frank adrenal insufficiency is uncommon, and can lead to a severe medical
condition (adrenal crisis) that is deadly if left untreated. Adrenal fatigue, on the
other hand, is a general term used to describe the condition caused by chronic
stress and poor lifestyle choices that deplete adrenal reserves. Some examples of
this poor lifestyle are: poor diet, excessive caffeine intake, and abuse of drugs or
alcohol. Symptoms of low adrenal function are often generally regarded as signs
of being "stressed out" such as: lethargy, dizziness, headaches, memory
problems, food cravings, blood sugar imbalances, and increased infections. As
the dysfunction becomes more severe, fainting, diarrhea, depression, moodiness,
feeling cold, discolouration of the skin, swelling and loss of body hair can occur..
How is adrenal fatigue treated?
When the adrenal glands completely fail, medical treatment is required to replace
missing hormones to prevent shock and death. When adrenal function is simply
sub-optimal, many different means of treatment exist. First and foremost, a

healthy diet and lifestyle, including reducing life stressors can do wonders for
adrenal health. For more information on how to avoid adrenal insufficiency, please
see our adrenal gland support article. Unfortunately, the current pace of life
doesn't always allow for us to live the healthy lifestyle we would like, and
sometimes our adrenal glands may need a little help for a particularly stressful
period of time. Often this is where adrenal glandular extracts will come into play
Adrenal Glandular Extracts
Like most glandular extracts, adrenal glandular is often from either bovine (cow), or
porcine (pig) sources. These extracts contain all of the nutritional fundamentals,
cofactors, and hormones present in the organ. This can be considered a complete
nutritional supplement for adrenal gland support. Because of its high concentration
of hormones, it is not recommended that adrenal glandular be used for extended
periods of time, but instead that it be used acutely to boost the adrenal glands in
times of great stress.
Co-Supplementation
Other adrenal support products include: vitamin C, B-complex, L-tyrosine, and herbs such
as licorice and Siberian ginseng. For more information please see the adrenal gland
support article.
How do I take Adrenal Glandular?
Adrenal glandular can be found alone or in combination formulas with other
nutrients and herbs that support healthy adrenal functioning. Because there is a lack
of research and standardization, each adrenal glandular extract may be a different
concentration and should be taken according to the suggested dosing on the label of
that product.
Important Information
Adrenal glandular is very potent and should not be used for extended periods of
time unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Long-term adrenal
support should involve diet and lifestyle changes as well as stress-reduction
exercises. Side effects of adrenal glandular may include: extreme fatigue,
palpitations, blood pressure fluctuations, and anxiety. Discontinue use immediately
if side effects occur.
