2. Key duties/responsibilities for administrative clerk
1. Answers and directs incoming calls in a professional, efficient and effective
manner to ensure timely telephone communications.
2. Greets and assists visitors and job applicants; screen and/or announce to
appropriate manager.
3. Prepares and coordinates all FedEx shipments as required; sends routers and
information to Illinois three times per week; sorts and delivers all incoming

9. Assists admin clerk with reporting from the Taleo system to keep up to date
records on applicants.
10. Closely works with Human Resources team in providing customer service to our
employees .
11. Handles a significant amount of confidential information with dignity and respect.

1. 2 years of professional administrative support experience required
2. High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or Bachelor’s
degree preferred

PowerPoint and/or AS400 skills highly desirable, as is the ability to learn
other software systems
