I have been an effective and strong educator, anchoring central issues of learning and
teaching for continuous school improvement. My efforts have been focused on laying down
the foundation for positive improvement results, meaningful teamwork; clear, meas urable
goals; and the regular collection and analysis of performance data. I have been leading my
schools through the goal-setting process in which student achievement data is analyzed,
improvement areas are identified and actions for change are initiated.
OBJECTIVES:
My sole objective is to design, develop and deliver programs, practices and processes which
involve working collaboratively with students, staff and school community to identify
discrepancies between current and desired outcomes, to set and prioritize goals to help close
the gap, to develop improvement and monitoring strategies aimed at accomplishing the
goals, and to communicate goals with the entire school community and ensure their efforts to
realize them.

contribution in Vision 2020.
 Recently, I have been awarded with a fellowship for my contribution in the field of
education by Mrs. Pirjo Koivula, the counselor of Education to Government of
Finland during 6th International Round Table Conference.
 In collaboration with Government of India in its mass training program called
KHULA AKASH I helped 5 million students to enhance their learning skills,
concentration, confidence, communication skills and emotional control.
 Have been selected by idiscoveri (IDI the group working in experiential and
creative learning led by alumni of Hawards University USA) as an educator and
trainer and also worked as resource person with FAEA an International
organization. This is funded by Ford Foundation USA.
 Authored six self-help books on mind power and memory.
 Launched 10 video series which aimed at improved learning and life skills.
