Seeking a part time position within IT service arena where my skills
and experience can be utilized and practised in every aspect to

IT Service Technician April 2013 - Current

 Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and
software, using standard business and administrative packages;
including modifying specific applications for use in operational
departments.
 Installing, assembling, and maintaining computers, monitors,
network infrastructure and peripherals.
 Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including
troubleshooting hardware and software, email, network and
peripheral equipment problems; making repairs and correction
where required.
 Keep up to date record off all CPU, disk, memory, network
performance issues as required by the managing director.
 Acting as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems
with equipment and other peripherals.
 Assists with the planning, design, research and acquisition of new
or upgraded hardware systems; maintains current knowledge of
hardware, software and network technology.
 Liaising outside suppliers to establish business relationship.
